Family House is situated in the historical center of Imperial Rome, at walking distance from Via Nazionale, the Roman Forum and Colosseum; among the Basilica of S. Maria Maggiore and the Basilica of S. Giovanni in Laterano; not far from Rome’s Central Station Termini.Within a few subway stops, one may reach either Via veneto (“La Dolce Vita”), Via dei Condotti and Piazza di Spagna, or the Vatican City and San Pietro. We are located at walking distance from Rome’s Termini Station where you may take Metro A to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and then walk down a couple of streets through Via Principe Eugenio, on to Via Bixio on the right side. Outside the principal entrance of Termini Station (Piazza dei Cinquecento) you may also take bus 105 onto Via Principe Eugenio/ Manzoni (3rd stop), then come a few steps back and get to Via Bixio on the left side. Leaving Termini Station by Via Giolittis’ exit instead, you can walk right onto the corner, cross the street and turn on the first street left (Via G. Amendola) where you may take tram n. 5 or n. 14 and go down for a couple of stops until Via Bixio on the right side.
