Our bed & breakfast is situated in Rome on Prenestina Street(Via Prenestina), in an area not far from the town centre. We are few minutes away from Tiburtina Railway Station, Termini Central Railway Station and the Colosseum. The bus stop is directly in front of our main gate and every part of Rome is easily accessible. In the ground floor of the building there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, post office, banks and any other kind of shop you would need. Less than 8 minutes walk from our gate there is a Shopping Mall. Not far is the archaeological park of Villa Gordiani, with the remains of a patrician villa of the imperial family of Gordiani. Abbicci B&B is on the third floor of a building with lift and concierge. The apartment was renovated in 2009 and is very well furnished. Our 3 bedrooms can be single, double, double single use, triple and, upon request, we can provide additional beds. All rooms are equipped with external private bathroom for exclusive use. All rooms have sound-proof windows, fridge, bedside tables, satellite tv, free WIFI internet access, towels, hairdryer, central heating system during winter, mirrors, wardrobes and reading-desks. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bathtub, while the rest have showers. We do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed in the entire structure. Ironing facilities can be provided on request. Our guests can enjoy a breakfast with no time limitations. It includes: coffee or tea or barley, milk, fresh butter, biscuits, fruit juice, fruit jam, honey, nutella. Cornflakes, yogurt, cold cuts and cheese are available upon request. We will be ready to meet the demands of those with special requirements in case of extreme necessity.
