In the heart of Rome, just few steps from the Coliseum is situated the new Bed and Breakfast Domus Caracalla which was inaugurated in January 2009. This exquisite structure is made up of five comfortable rooms. It offers its guests the possibility to reach the best monuments of the city on foot. A short walking distance from Domus Caracalla there are : the Coliseum , the Roman Forum ,the Caracalla Bath , the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and Termini railway station ( A few steps from the FAO headquarters ) Just outside the B&B there is Villa Celimontana, an important archeological site, today a public park, which in summer hosts the most prominent jazz festival of the capital. The Villa has a large space which also caters for children, and is the ideal place to relax after a long day visiting the city. The main public transportation (buses , subway and taxi ) are just few steps from our B & B where easily you can get to every part of the city. The spacious and fully furnished rooms , some of which with a balcony , are at the top story level and they are very quiet. All rooms are no- smoking. Each room is furnished with simple but elegant oak wood furniture , all have private bathroom with shower plus hair-dryer and are equipped with air conditioning with ion plasma filters , telephone , LCD television and free Internet connection. The breakfast is served from 7.30am until 9.30am in your own room or on balcony ( if it is possible)
